Nina received her real estate license in 2001, and since then she has successfully sold real estate in the Phoenix Metro Area. She has held the Multi Million Dollar Producer Award nine years in a row and she recently received her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).
Nina moved to Arizona in 1990, and has watched the valley grow into a beautiful city thorough the years.
She is a proud mom, a dedicated real estate agent, a committed student.
In 2005 she decided it was time to take her business to a higher level and enrolled in the Marketing program at University of Phoenix. She will be graduating this November with a dual bachelor's in Business Management and Business Marketing.
The real estate industry has rapidly changed, and a huge importance lies on knowledge and understanding market trends. Along with family, education is notably important to Nina; she prides herself in staying in the know. The industry changes daily and she continuously attends short sale and foreclosure seminars, offered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and local real estate boards.
